關係運算符
對 binomial_distribution 物件 lhs 和 rhs 執行相應的相等或不等比較操作。

當使用相等的 生成器 呼叫其 operator() 時，如果兩個分佈具有相同的引數和相同的內部狀態（如果有的話），使它們產生相同的隨機數序列，則這兩個分佈相等。

引數

lhs, rhs
binomial_distribution 物件（分別位於運算子的左側和右側），它們都具有相同的模板引數（IntType).

返回值

true如果條件成立，則為 true，並且false否則為 false。
